Field Supervisor

Earthshapers Cooperative is a new landscaping company in Boston, organized as a worker-owned cooperative.  We started providing residential landscaping services to clients in 2023, and plan to launch our first full season in 2024, including commercial and residential landscape installation and maintenance with a specialty in green infrastructure projects such as rain gardens, bioretention, and permeable paving.

Earthshapers is seeking a new co-op member to lead our field operations, including managing job sites, performing landscaping tasks such as soil preparation, planting, mulching, pruning, weeding, watering, cleanups, and related tasks.  

As a member of the co-op, the Field Supervisor will receive an hourly wage as well as profit sharing and a vote in decisions affecting the co-op.  We are a new company, and this is an opportunity to help launch a new cooperative business as a co-owner.
