Said El Abassi
Said El Abassi brings a blend of hands-on field expertise and strategic operational insight to Earth Shapers' green infrastructure projects. Originally from Morocco and now based in Everett, MA, Said draws on over a decade of experience in horticulture, equipment management, procurement, and site logistics.
Technical Strengths
• Native-plant selection, soil health, stormwater infiltration design
• Efficient procurement and operations to keep projects on time and on budget
• Multilingual liaison (Arabic | French | English)

Migel Olivacce
Migel Olivacce combines customer experience expertise with cross-industry operational expertise for Earthshapers' green infrastructure projects. Originally from Dominica and now rooted in the Boston area, Migel brings unique expertise in retail, construction supply chains, and landscaping

Juan “JT” Tabares
JT combines entrepreneurial experience with multi-sector know-how for the Earthshapers' team. Originally from Colombia and now anchored in East Boston, he brings hands-on experience in landscaping, construction logistics, and food-service operations, consistently stepping into leadership roles and energizing teams.

Our History
In 2021, an opportunity catalyzed our journey: the City of Boston, in collaboration with the Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation (CSNDC) and the Boston Center for Community Ownership, launched a pioneering initiative to train and support residents in developing green infrastructure. This program provided us with certifications, technical knowledge, and a seed investment to launch something remarkable: our worker-owned cooperative, dedicated to green infrastructure. In 2022, Earthshapers Landscaping Cooperative Corporation was officially incorporated in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.Today, we operate out of Dorchester, MA, offering specialized services in Boston and surrounding areas. Transforming the way cities approach infrastructure, blending science, sustainability, and social equity.
